2.Your Vagina changes after childbirth
Natural vaginal delivery always comes with changes around your vagina for-example vagina loosening and vagina tearing.
When you giving birth, your vagina enlarges to allow the baby to pass through but it rarely retracts back to its original position and that why your vagina may loosen a little.

The average amount of discharge for a woman a day is 1.55 grams which are equivalent to 1/4 tsp.
Some women have less while others have more making their vaginas wet all the time.
Women produce a lot of discharge in the time of ovulation but it all varies among women.
it is normal to have less or much vagina discharge if you don’t have any sign of infection.
7. Your vagina becomes better as you work on it.
Your vagina is just like maintaining a normal body weight.
when you work on your vagina, it will be better, but if you don’t work on it, then it won’t be healthy.
You have to have a plan to keep your vagina clean and healthy all the time.
Sex is also important at keeping your vagina healthy.
Kegels are effective at strengthening your pelvic muscles which makes your vagina tight.
