The lubricants make your vagina moist and decrease the friction associated with dry and thin vaginal lips.

It’s not advised to use lubricants for a long time.

Several lubricants are available on different stores and pharmacies but we best recommend coconut oil.

2.Moisturizers

Vagina moisturizers help with the problem of dryness. According to Goldstein, they help by introducing the amount of water into the tissue of the vagina.

Moisturizers can be applied in your vagina in a similar way as lubricants but thou vaginal moisturizers differ from creams in a number of ways.

For example, lubricants can get absorbed into the vaginal walls while moisturizers stay in the tissue and give it a lasting moistening effect that can last for days.

We recommend water-based moisturizers and not oil-based products because they can easily damage the condoms.

3.Vaginal estrogen

Vaginal estrogen is available in pills which you place in your vagina. Vaginal rings and vaginal creams all work but it’s upon you to find something that is convenient for you.

However, estrogen treatment works more effective than moisturizers and lubricants for menopausal women even if it has a few side effects.

4.Hormone replacement therapy (HRT)

5.Milk

Get 1 cup of cold milk and mix it with 10 drops of rose water.

Soak a cloth in the milk mixture and apply it to your vagina for 5 to 10 minutes.

6.Aloe Vera

Aloe Vera is one of the oldest natural remedies that has been for treating a number of complications. The Egyptians call it the plant of immortality.

Get 1tsp of aloe vera gel, fresh Milk, a glass of aloe vera juice and mix everything together.

7.Chamomile

Washing your vagina with chamomile will help symptoms like vaginal discharge, dryness, pain during urination and dryness.

It is also used as a moisturizer hence being a good remedy for relieving dryness of your vagina.

Although the remedy is so effective, it, however, has some minor side effects.

How to use it

Get 1 cup of chamomile flowers, water and boil for 15 minutes.

User a strainer to get the liquid and use it to wash your vagina.

You can decide to use this remedy every day.

8. Flaxseeds

Flaxseeds contain vitamin E and Omega 3es for vaginal dryness can not only be applied to the vagina but also they can be digested too. fatty acids that help at keeping the estrogen levels up hence preventing vaginal dryness.

You can decide to supplement with vitamin E food sources like flaxseeds.

This will increase lubrication of the vagina.

All you have to do is a snack on flaxseeds throughout the day.
